Tongkat Ali is known as Eurycoma Longifolia, Long Jack, Pasak Bumi and Malaysian Ginseng. The herb is a slim and slender tree that grows along the hills of the rainforests of Southeastern Asia. Tongkat Ali in Malay means "Ali's Walking Stick". The Tongkat Ali tree can grow up to about 12 meters in height. Unlike most trees, the root of Tongkat Ali grows straight into the deep ground penetrating into the soil to obtain its nutrients.
